Bayo Adekanle is a University of Lagos graduate in Philosophy. He later underwent specialist courses in Human Resources and project management.
Adekanle established Don Jay Media Limited, a communication management outfit in 2015 and company specializes in political communication and management training. Adekanle has been consultant to eminent political leaders such as the late Dr. Olusegun Agagu (former governor of Ondo State), Ondo State Ministry of Information, Senator Yele Omogunwa, Senate Committee on Oil & Gas, Arowolo Oil and Gas, among others.
His community development activism started with his emergence as the President of the National Association of Ondo State Students (NAOSS) while at the University of Lagos. Since then, he has been involved in organizing rallies, workshops and conferences on gender issues, the media and community development.
He was appointed Executive Director of DCRC in 2017 and has used his wide contacts to expand the frontiers of the organization.
